Makes me wonder

I am remembering a fellow I dated in the summer of 04.
Looking back he was a bit older then me, looking back he was a bit of a freak.
As I read some of his poetry, his lyrics seem to be so much more profound.
But I miss him, even though the basis of our relationship was only on wine, weed, and joan of arc.
I was always fully sedated, makes you wonder, makes me wonder.
