2005-04-27 - 10:30 p.m. my fingers feel like icicles. i am remembering my old next door neighbor. His house and yard was like a huge colorful garage sale, and he always decorated for the holidays. Pink plush felt bunnies from the fifties for easter, flags and dolls in red and white for canada, sleighs and lights for christmas. He had stuffed birds inside, and an old old piano. My sister and i would make fors under his bushes. He died gardening one summer. |
