To answer your question:
Yes, there once was a woman pope, but she had to pretend to be a man and trick them into letting her be the pope. So I guess she wasnt that honest. But she was probably one hell of a pope.

I love it when you see big concrete structures (like the sky-train tracks) and they are covered in twisting, gnarled, all encompasing vines. Or when you see things growing out of cracks in the sidewalk, grass and little flowers and weeds...
It makes me feel like no matter how much we harm the earth, it will always be bigger and stronger and more resistant than we are.
Human beings are so strange... there are some humans out there that beleive we should privatize everything, from the air, to the ground, to the water... but isnt it completly ridiculous to claim ownership of land or air or water? Birds dont know anything about commercial airspace, cats and squirrels dont know anything about private property, wild animals dont know anything about political borders, fish and whales dont know anything about them either...
I like the story of when the British were trying to enfroce taxes on salt in India to pay for their armies. And in response, Ghandi walked out to the salt piles on the beaches, picked up the salt and said: "Take the salt. Nature gives it for free, we've always made it, we will always continue to make it..."
I think it's absolutly ridiculous to think that we can claim land as our own, and expect people to stay away just because it's yours...
