2007-03-03 - 12:49 p.m. Haha, no, it isn't awful. Truthfully, I've found the nature of female status and heirarchy quite interesting, but you know, it most likely depends on the professor. I have heard wonderful things about Pavelka, or however it is spelled, so I truly hope you get her. I think the problem is that everything is done in the theoretical realm, with hazy sort of examples to back it up. I think the worst part is memorizing the taxonomy, which I have promptly forgotten. And as far as boring classes go, I have had worse. Don't worry about it at all! And, when she talks about her work with mountain gorillas, that is much more interesting, because she is very expressive and Quebecois. |
