What wasn't quoted in the anti-corporation part was Joel Bakan's ideas for improving the role of the corporation in our lives. That he's not a pessimist, but that he's researched the nature of the corporation and supports his arguments well. Ya the corporation is a part of our lives, but reveling in that fact, and whining that there's nothing we can do about is the stupid bullshit. You people? I guess being anti-corporation, or even skeptical about the corporation, isn't the fad right now is it? |
