Soy Bean Cheese

ewwww today i learned that Tofu, is just soybean cheese...isnt that gross?
explains why i dont like it even further.
Acccck, and i was watching this show and it was taking about the tofu curds that develope in the heated soymilk, and how you have to pasterise...yuck.

However though, it just proves the soy bean is amazing... but still cheese....yucccck!
